don't know and I think it's a valid question. You were asking before how a test question (any test question as I read it) could be biased, so I provided an example. And by the way, it would not apply to the SATs... presumably a teenager in even the most insular community will have encountered pizza by the time he/she takes the SATs. But high-stakes testing at the elementary school level.... in my opinion it wold be biased.
I do not know what would be a biased question on a firefighter test, but I am also having trouble imagining what questions are on the test to begin with.
