I would like to think that you, Sam, would: (1.) Ask upon taking office what the top threats were and ask your NSA to show you and prove why. (2.) Take notice of an entire PDB devoted to one threat and titled "determined to attack in the US". (3.) Discuss said PDB with your national security adviser. If you're saying you aren't skilled enough to know how to do that stuff, well fair enough. You're not volunteering for the job of President.
