Thats the beautiful thing about it, you have to find out for yourself if just counseling will work or if just meds work or if you have to do both.
Much less if you have to do meds which ones work and dont mess your life up too much. I used to take some prozac years ago from my mom just to see how it made me feel sinc ei realized i was probably going to be like her. And it was fine could do all my MANLY things if you get my drift. So then few years later i goto the doc and ask for it and she says OH it may cause sexual sideaffects and then BOOM cant do manly duties.
