good web resource for this?
If I can create the files on the fly using CF the user could download it
through the Control Panel. Would I need to create different filed for NT,
2K, 9x, millennium and XP? Is there something similar for MAC?

Doesn't Outlook store its settings in the Registry? Can't you just send him
a .reg file to double-click?
