Fine, preventing starvation is an admirable goal, but jeez man if people can
work they should. they shouldnt sit there with their hands out, or make a
living at the point of a knife.

  If society forbids them to support themselves in certain ways that society
finds unacceptable, society assumes the responsibility to support them to a
reasonable extend.
