Well, to be honest, I tried replacing the reisse calls in my post with a
more generic mysite, but missed that one. Nonetheless, I blew away the
server and followed your instructions below.

But that's just it. It doesn't start up cleanly, so there's no MX Web
Application in the JRun console. I blew away the server, re-created it, and
followed your steps above. When I go to start the server instance, I get the
output below. I think the problem is that I'm exploding the cfusion.war file
into the root directory of the server (which, without MX and the default-ear
directories, only has the SERVER-INF directory) and JRun is trying to deploy
every directory in there, hence the Deployer Service errors.

As I mentioned, I can't get this far because there is no ColdFusion
Application in the console due to the server not starting up correctly.
