Have you found DW8 to be stable overall and dependable

DW8's code autocomplete, code folding, drag and drop CFC interface and all
sorts of other features will definitely speed up your dev work, even if you
hand code everything. As a bonus you get all the wysiwyg HTML stuff, along
with the CSS support and all the other supported file types (XML, PHP, JS,
..Net...)

People will heap rubbish on it as usual but to me it's indispensable.
