Usually things are fine. Occasionally I get a small issue when a template is messed up (e.g. the file won't save after an edit) or some other minor glitch causes a problem; for me this is rare enough that I never think of swapping tools. Other people have issues more often, as has already been mentioned elsewhere in the thread.
