You're right, Josh... I do a lot of work on Real Estate sites.
And the CFDOCUMENT tag is one I drool over because
of its generation of PDF's.

That provides a big push towards upgrading.

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to generate a pdf version of a home listing 
"on the fly", that your real estate agent clients could print out, forward 
it to their prospective buyers etc.  Of course you can print from the web 
browser, but non-techie folks (such as real estate agents) feel comfortable 
with pdfs.

You can do that (and other cool things) quite easily using the cfdocument 
tag in CF7.  I have found this to be indispensable in my current position.

I would say this is an improvement in the user experience (at least an 
improvement in what your applications can offer to your clients).  Even if 
they are not demanding, you could offer this service for an additional fee 
if you like, and put more money in your pocket.
