Fisrtly you need to cover your bandwidth, server
maintanence, software costs, power, hardware maintainence, customer support
I got mostly all of them
already covered.
In the end you wouldnt want to be charging anything less than atleast
$25-$35 per month. Why would someone pay that for ADSL when they can go
host with someone in a data center that is faster and more reliable?
Can you name 1 ISP that allows you to host
a server at their location for under $100
?
Not to mention the legal side of things. As the
hoster, you are responsable then for maintaining the security of your clients
data.
Good argument, but I'm sure
there is a contract that can help overcome
that.
