Get another designer - there is sometimes a trade off between functionality and art - we always lean towards functionality.
I don't think that is the issue with this thread. I think its more a case of a coder not considering all the possibilities, and for Westpac, accessibility should be paramount - otherwise its not fulfilling the design brief anyway or perhaps the scope of the brief wasn't broad enough.
