Hmmm... I use Westpac online banking with Mozilla - the main menu doesn't work, but the banking section does. I've never bothered to complain, but probably I should. This is what I find interesting about this article: "Andrew Greig runs a business called GetPromoted which helps other businesses to promote themselves." Smells rather like a self-promotion stunt to me.
