Toby You're right there, If MS decide that they're gonna replace HTML with
MSML (Or BILLML)I think I'll stop supporting IE :)

I think my main point is there needs to be a certain degree of flexibility.
If we get too strict about our compliance requirements we'll end up with a
bunch of Web Content Police pulling our pages down because we used an
unauthorised tag.

Mark I agree that we need to provide accessibility, I believe that Westpac
should offer their system in multiple formats or in HTML Standard code.
Whether there is a case to answer I'm sure we'll find out. I just hate the
way every trivial thing seems to end up in court these days.

There are two issues I suppose browser compatibility and standards
compliance sites like www.csszengarden.com may be standards compliant but
which browsers do they support? What should we strive for browser
compatibility or standard compliance?
