MXML supports CSS, or MXML version thereof. Read Christophe's article in Dev Centre on MXML - the UIs in the article are pretty nice, standard Halo look. In response to some of the other posts in this thread, Flex is mostly of interest to J2EE developers, not necessarily the typical cfaussie reader.
