It has no engine or trans now or are they just junk now?  Seems high if you still have to supply and engine, transmission, and all the other "little" things like brackets, mounts, lines, and whatever else is missing.  Then replacing the hood you don't like and redoing the interior, you'll have a good hunk of change in the car.  I'd say you could get a nice running car for what you'd wind up putting into plus the frustration factor of having to find everything it needs.
