Hi,
I am sorry, but I do not know how to help you if you don't provide more
details about the problem. Do the modem train up, i.e. do you get a
connect? If not, please check the modem troubleshooting link below. If
you have problems during PPP or authentication, please check the other
link I've provided to guide you through the process.
