My last litter, was one of monster puppies - they were big from day one
(11oz each). They put on 1-2oz a day and by the end of the second week,
they all were swimmers - some to a greater degree then the others. When I
first noticed the problem, I did like Leanne did and turned them from side
to side. Two of them responded very will to this and the problem fix itself
very quickly. The third on was a bit more challenging. I ended up doing
puppy exercises with it.
Doing bicycles with his legs, adding a bit of resistance to build up the
muscles. It took about a week but he eventually got on his feet, with no
after effects.
