Hi, Linda,
You are right, everything is relative. I am talking about the
obsessive compulsive non stop barker.....not one who is bidding for
attention, wanting my food or a myriad other reasons that dogs bark.
I consider that a temperament problem. He has always done this and
seems like he always will. I adore him, but would not look for another
with that trait!
