I would never have a dog debarked, and I probably wouldn't rehome a dog I loved,
but I would move to a more appropriate location. Large numbers of dogs together
don't belong in a city if their nature is to be very noisy. I think that's
why there are property restrictions and city ordinances about it.
If I were looking for a dog of any breed and encountered a breeder who debarked
even one of her dogs, I would run, not walk, away.
