Yes...the symposium... it was an excellent educational seminar... and I have
read the transcript and also read all the published research of the
attending experts.  This "protocol" was based on a "recommendations" of the
Sweden research group...but the word "protocol" is still an incorrect term
unless you are gathering data to further the investigation...it should be
termed "breeding guidances or recommendations". In healthcare gov't agencies
such as the CDC&P...you have "guidelines or recommendations" and than they
can proceed to "rules or standards" if made a law in passed by an act of
congress. or a  ruling organization

 AND again as an informed individual, the Sweden KC came up with their"
Breeding Rules"  (interesting is not label a "protocol") and I have
asked...Are they different??? And why do you think they are different???
