Then why pay all the money for OFA to read the X rays maybe we should just send them to you.! Maybe the Supreme cavalier breeders club could just make you the official Hip Score expert. So if it is so simple why do you have a fit if a breeder says my personal vet read the x rays and says the dog is fine why isn't his word good enough why is it that we have to have board certified orthopedic specialist. That is if in deed it is so simple?
