Prelims are only evaluted by one radiologist and permanents by 3 so I could
see how it could happen that way.  The *one* may have been a little easy on
the evalution but the 3 have to agree so it probably has a slightly higher
probability of a correct evaluation.  How did her hips look to you at 23
months of age?  I have a couple of hip xrays up on my own website. I
honestly don't think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out if there is
any evidence of hip dysplasia.  I can see a problem if it is there so I
doubt OFA would ever surprise me.
