Kim I would say the problem is that someone different read the X ray. I sent in hip x-rays of a dog and he did not pass and my vet was furious because she knew they looked just fine. This was back when they returned the x ray to the vet. She resubmitted the same x ray and the same dog got a rating of good. They no longer send back the x rays.
