Cathy...you are very funny!!! The interpretation of a hip radiograph may look simple but the truth is... it is very difficult art. There are the principles of shadow casting that make it a subjective evaluation at the best, infact I think OFA report that only 73.5% of the time do all three radiologists agree. That is why some other reseachers, have suggested a computer assisted evaluation system or a defined indices between inter-rators...
