Maybe, but one step at a time here, okay. That is asking an awful lot of a club that has been in existence 50 years, was the only registry for the vast majority of those years. I can't imagine asking any 3000 employee corporation that has been in existence 50 years to make such a radical change in function just like that. Sole individuals, who have no one else to account to but themselves, can find it extremely hard to make big changes--a very large group of individuals is going to find it MUCH harder. Most people like the security of tradition and routine--it feels more comfortable. They are much more likely to break with tradition and routine if they are comfortable with the possible results. This should be our goal. A mediator can be helpful towards this end. If we can achieve that, this issue will be put to rest.
