This sounds like a perfect solution!  Are there any board members on this
list that can get this rolling?  If not, anyone else game?

Maybe we can put a petition together suggesting just this and get as many
people to sign it as possible?  Both Nationals are coming up very soon--we
could get the petitions signed there!  I would suggest getting as many
non-breeders to sign it as possible too--show that there is support for it
on all sides.
