I do listen to the message and if the "unknown caller" isn't a spam call, I pick it up. I think that the internet has increased the number of spam phone calls that I get. Many of the websites that we subscribe to do sell their subscription lists, as well as catalog sales people. I know that the evening nuisance callers (MCI, Mastercard, mortgage people, etc.) greatly increased after I started using the internet. All the best, Susan Cochran
