What is risky? Do you mean "risky" in terms of accidental or
intentional breeding? As I am an attorney and would enforce any breach
of contract, my pet buyers are anxious to spay or neuter.......because
of the liquidated damage clause in my contract. Even a commercial
breeder wouldn't want to pay that price.
