Hi, Gerri,
I was talking about the health benefits and did say that I'm mindful of
how careful we must be in the U.S. about disreputable breeding. My
buyers are almost over anxious to spay or neuter as I have a hefty
penalty clause in my contract for even "accidental" breeding of pet
dogs.
In no way was I being critical of those who are trying to stop this
miserable overpopulation problem. Please accept my apologies if you
thought I meant it in any other way.
