Nope, it is the old clich� of "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't
make him drink". I give a lot of info with our puppies and always show them
the right way to housetrain, to correct a puppy, and caution them about
overfeeding. I find that if a buyer knows what the puppy is able to do, they
don't get frustrated by expecting the dog to do something it isn't capable
of.

I tell them to call me for tech support. Usually, I have covered the bases
with the instructions and all I get are photos at Christmas.
