That is exactly what I do too! I sit down, give a huge Puppy Manual, go over everything. My Pet Contract--that they must sign--even states there is no warranty if they do not follow my guidelines. They go home, determined to follow the guidelines, but a year later they are doing exactly as their vet says. Oh well--I guess I am not assertive enough or something.
