What a great idea because by the time you get the hair out of the way they
decide they want to wiggle again.  I have never seen a breed harder to do the
nails. It is  as if they are ticklish. I do them once a week even the
newborns. you would think this would be old hat by now. I have tried
everything from cat scissors, baby toenail clippers, mens toenail clippers..
noosing them on the grooming table, holding them upside down on my lap,
having children pat their tummies while I cut, having my 7 yr old look
sternly at his Mandy "the incorrigible trained by a 4 yr. old to want what
she wants when she wants it" I dread it worse than them.. I might spring for
a dremel. Is it really any easier??For a cookie you can perform surgery on a
labrador they lay so still.  I am not used to this.  Chere Workman
