I saw your letter back to her. I thought it was very good -- gentle, but clear. When I got my first dog, I probably was a pest too. I realized it would take awhile (I didn't expect it "now"), but I'm sure I asked a million questions. My mentor tells me now that is a good thing, provided the person asking the questions is listening and wants to learn. So thank you for being patient with this girl. You never know what sort of positive impact your response might have.
