For the most part I like the MPAF, the only thing that I do not like is there is only 2 places for dx. The billing dept and my software work together and she can pull info right to her UB92. With the MPAF I have to call her with extra diagnosis or she calls me if she needs more. Otherwise, it is a life saver and I love it.
