Our 77 C&C27-3 had an Aitkens&Hoyle hatch, much better than the Bomar hatches on our 85 33-ll, which have been replaced with Lewmar Ocean series hatches. The angle of the forward hatch made the low profile hatches impractical, and the raised Fiberglas either side made them unattractive.
I’d rate the A&H and Lewmar Ocean series comparable .
