Update: added #1413 / #1414 (FIFO local retry now increases `MessageView::delivery_attempt`, aligned with Java `ProcessQueueImpl#eraseFifoMessage`). The PR table, the defect list (item 5), the conflict matrix and the suggested merge order above are updated. #1414 conflicts only with #1411 (resolution verified, see the matrix notes); I suggest merging it after #1407 and #1411 and will rebase it then. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
