Update: added #1418 / #1420 (item 11: `MessageBuilder::build()` rejects a blank lite topic, aligned with Java `setLiteTopic`) and #1419 / #1421 (item 10: strip `http://` / `https://` from a single-address access url, aligned with Java `Endpoints(String)`, so the official lite examples work).
