Item 19: #1438 / #1439. `MessageView::receipt_handle()` now returns `""` instead of panicking when the message has no receipt handle, as Java does. For example, the message passed to the transaction checker has no handle. The PR is based on `master` and conflicts only with #1431, on the same line; the one-line resolution is in ♠.
