Follow-up `416e8cd9d` bounds the remaining HTTP request waits and documents why the E2E readiness override is installed before container start. All 7 HTTP handler tests pass. For the repeated requests: F1 follows the actual factory-before-start path; F2/F3 retain guarded final flushes, cancellation and interrupt restoration; F5 explicitly triggers retry and closes buffers; F7 disables both redirect modes. F4/F6: the server dependency tree and inventories resolve/list OkHttp 4.12.0 and Kotlin 1.9.10; this is not a claim about every module's test dependencies. F8: the legacy OkHttp 2.7.5 String-body overload already adds UTF-8, matching the current header assertion.
