Like Isopropyl alcohol, which is specifically designed for electronics applicatios and 
is a pure alcohol, thus not residue and quick drying.

Needless to say you need to make sure you use it in a well ventilated space or you 
will feel very light headed after about the third application if you are using a lot, 
which might sound funny but it isn't.
