Everclear and ethanol are *not* the same as IPA (rubbing alcohol).

I wouldn't trust any everclear to be more than about 80% EtOH unless I had
dried it myself over some very strong desiccant, and there's not much point in
using wet alcohol when you're trying to absorb water in the first place...
