Hi, In what forms does Italian sausage come in? I wanted to use it in a lasagna I'm planning to make, but when I went to the frocery stores, my only options were in a link form & there was ground Italian sausage, but I didn't like or want that, as it was Bob Evans, and I don't much care for that product line. I bought the links, but how will I use those? Can I basically shred them up myself & brown them with my ground round, before putting into the lasagna?
