Hi,

Are there certain things you can put on the countertops to minimize messes, 
when preparing batter for baking?  I inevitably find that the flour is so fine 
and invariably sticks to everything, so I have to clean my counters several 
times to get them clean.
I've taken to putting in a bowl in one of my sinks and preparing the batter in 
there;  in my opinion, this keeps potential messes somewhat more contained.
Just wondering what others of you do, to combat this issue?
