I like using Italian bread crumbs as a binder instead of oatmeal, crackers
or bread. I think it gives more flavor

I put catsup on top. I use salteen crackers as a binder. I also add an egg.
I put everything except the meat in a bowl to make sure it all gets mixed up

To add to that meatloaf, I always put garlic in. And I don't put milk in my
mashed potatoes either, just butter.
