My preference is either a chili grind of sirloin or venison, along with half again a mild or bold pork sausage -- wild boar works well too. And though I can eat rather hot stuff, I tend to prefer my chili less fiery so I can taste the spicing without the extra heat in the way.

Authentic chili has no beans in it. You can use any kind of meat in my recipe, but I really like it with Venison burger. -- If you live in the United States, are you better off than you were 4 years ago?
