I have never tried dipping chocolate yet, however, tomorrow I am going to
try the mounds recipe posted on this list. I checked with my mother and she
uses a large slotted spoon. She places the item to be dipped in the center
of the spoon and then dips. She allows the excess chocolate to drain off
then she places the dipped item on wax paper to harden. Mike

I make these every year too. I freeze the peanut butter balls then dip them
in chocolate using a toothpick. It works well for me as long as I just take
out a few from the freezer at a time. smile HTH
