Holly, I think it also makes a difference with the chocolate too. It hardens
quickly, and I can remove the toothpicks without worrying about squishing
the peanut butter balls. I usually put them right back in the freezer to
harden. Oh and to hide from my husband. lol

that's an idea I hadn't thought of before. Do you find the freezing
process makes much of a difference? I usually refrigerate as my recipe
calls for, but freezing seems like a good idea.

Hi all. I'm new here. I'm going to start out by saying that I'm not
great in the kitchen. I am just starting out, and I don't have a lot of

Every year for christmas I make peanut butter balls, these require
dipping in chocolate. I was wondering if anyone has done this

I've done it somewhat successfully in the past by using an egg
separator, however, I'd like a better way if there is one.
