It says in the book that comes with the crock pot that instead of using the
low setting, if you want to cook it quicker, do it on high, for instance, 8
hours on low would be four!!!! hours on the high setting, meaning on high,
it equals 2 hours so you get like 8 hours done in four; I did it that way
today with the slow cooker frozen thing I purchased on Saturday.

Can you explain what you sent?  It doesn't make sense that cooking something
on high equals 2 hours on low with a slow cooker.
