I would never eat bacon I had to add anything to either. Turkey bacon has no taste to me and is dry. Pork bacon or nothing for me. I bake it, fry it, with a cover or bacon crisper, or microwave it, depending on my mood and amount of time I have. The same with sausages and ground meat. Beef or pork.
