Well, my first reaction is: since now they feel they can count on the Serbian
government, they will try to have Serbians and Albanians fight _between_ them
for the benefit of the USA and Britain. Our position should be, as it has
always been, NOT A SINGLE NATO MAN IN THE BALKANS. Their tactical moves, I
believe, are just that. Tactical moves. Battles waged on other people's skins.
The second idea that comes to my mind is that the NATO command must know
something on the Yugoslav army that makes them so confident.
Shall see.
